Good things happen when people work well together. Call it chemistry, good juju, whatever you will, but it's by no means accidental. It takes elbow grease and imagination to create that kind of environment and it reaps benefits in the form of great ideas, great attitudes, and an open forum of different perspectives and opinions. We learn together, laugh together, conspire together. And it all comes together in an old Reno mansion that's stately on the outside, colorfully inspiring on the inside, and that serves us well in producing a constant crop of good thoughts.
